The administrative technology staff operates optical imaging services for the conversion of paper records into electronic records which can be stored indefinitely and accessed via computer over the Wide Area Network or Internet. An electronic system of capturing, indexing and storing documents has been procured by the CIU20 and is available to member entities as a paid service.
