CIU20 Assistive Technology Consultants provide services and support for students with an IEP or 504 Plan. 

 

Please fill out the form below to request AT support. Once the request is received, Kalina Carpenter, Curriculum Secretary, will send the required documentation, via email, for you to complete and mail back to:

If you are looking for an AAC, please contact Maeann Brougher, Secretary for Sensory Impairement, at [email protected] or 610-515-6463.

 

If you need educational audiological services, which may require an FM system, please contact Rosemary Gallagher at [email protected] or 610-515-6489.

 

 

After the AT Consultant has received the documentation, they will contact you to discuss a meeting.  The meeting is an AT Consultation, not an evaluation.  Please note: AT Consultations can be held face-to-face or virtually.

 

Please note: Requests must be submitted by a Special Education Administrator.

CIU 20 has a wide variety of Assistive Technology devices and tools to enhance student engagement and classroom instruction for our districts to borrow. Please utilize the form below to request an item from our Assistive Technology Lending Library.
 
The requestor is responsible for the pick-up and return of any Assistive Technology requested.  All requested items must be picked-up within 3 days of the identified date or the item(s) will be forfeited.   Hours of pick-up are 7:45 am - 3:00 pm.  
 
All loans are for a six-week period.  Items with similar functionality must be requested for separate six-week trials.
Requests made more than two weeks prior to the date needed will not be accepted due to the volume of requests received.
 
The Assistive Technology Lending Library is now open.
