Request a SETT

CIU20 Assistive Technology Consultants provide services and support for students with an IEP or 504 Plan. Please fill out the form to request AT support. Once that request is received, Stephanie Garcia, Curriculum Secretary, will send the required documentation, via email, for you to complete and mail back to:
