It is the Administrative Technology department's mission to provide enterprise-class technology solutions, maintain and administer the network and computing infrastructure and to act as a technical resource for Colonial Intermediate Unit 20 staff members and member districts.

Administrative Technology is responsible for the development, administration and maintenance of technology systems that support the efforts of Colonial Intermediate Unit 20. The services that Administrative Technology provides to CIU 20 departments includes

• Phone services (internal & mobile)
• Internet site and portal design and development
• Technical Repair Service
• Optical Imaging
• Network and Server administration
• Technical support
