CIU 20 is designated as a Pennsylvania Department of Education – Regional Child Accounting Center. We provide all statistical data for special education students and early intervention programs for CIU 20 programs, our 13 school districts and charter schools. Also included in our accounting is information from Northampton County Detention Center, Northampton and Monroe County Prisons, WINGS Center, Approved Private School placements and Chapter 15 students.
