For more information regarding Title IX or to report a violation or file a complaint, please contact the Colonial Intermediate Unit 20 Title IX Compliance Officer. The Colonial Intermediate Unit 20 shall maintain an educational environment in which sexual harassment which violates Title IX is not tolerated. No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.
