Description: This session is designed for schools identified for Targeted Support and Improvement (TSI), Additional Targeted Support and Improvement (A-TSI), or Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI). Participants will engage in an overview of PDE’s Cycle of School Improvement and FRCPP requirements, with a focus on needs assessment, root cause analysis, evidence-based strategies, and progress monitoring. The afternoon will provide dedicated time for school teams to begin developing or revising their School Improvement Plans with guided support.
