Description: Leading Mathematical Change is a one-day institute for the leaders who set the vision for math instruction and sustain it across classrooms. In the morning, administrators, instructional coaches, and teacher-leaders dismantle common myths about math ability and speed, ground themselves in the divisions of mathematics, and clarify
what fluency and rich mathematical tasks really look like. In the afternoon, they turn that vision into practice, leading change through core adoption and intervention, and targeting support at real trajectory gaps. Leaders leave with a shared, myth-free vision of rigorous math instruction and a concrete process for leading change.
